Day 6 - October 3rd (Day 2 of 65 - inclement weather day 2)

Went to the property again today. Didn't really expect anything to be done due to the weather. It's been pretty miserable the past two days. It rained a fair bit today. Need to update the calendar again.

I figure it might be best to add the wet weather days as just that to the calendar. If it is a rostered day off, it will simply come from one of the sixty-five days in total they have (55 days off + 10 wet days off). This way I can see when it was wet.

It is interesting to note how the weather forecast can change so quick. Just yesterday it was predicting a high chance of rain on Monday and now it has dropped to a low chance.

Home Plans

I thought I might post the plans of the Grandview. These plans are available from Metricons web site. Whilst our plans are a little different, the majority of it is the same.

 The block of land we are building on is  a 700 m2 block. It is 20m wide by 35m long.
