Day 30 - October 27th

Looks like the builders have now completed the roof. Lots of roofing screws all around the site. We have paid for the Frame stage today as well.

Also got an invoice for the soil removal that occurred on the 7th. I will need to speak with Peter tomorrow as it is more than we were told it would be. The number of hours worked has jumped from two to five? Probably an error. I will look into this tomorrow.

  1. Hi Robert....those roofing screws will keep turning up for months...check your gutters near completion. Our building inspector picked them up on this as left over screws can cause corrosion in your guttering over time.
