Day 36 - November 2nd

Wow...  The building is going up so fast! I recall the site supervisor said things might slow down after the frame goes up, but these guys have been getting a lot done each day!  Get ready for an onslaught of photos...

The front door has been installed.....

Bedroom one's windows have been installed.

Bedroom two's windows on the side of the house have gone in as well.

The bricks have arrived. This shows the three colours which will be blended to make it look like this

The sand for the mortar has arrived.

The sliding door into the master bedroom has been added.

The  "bar style" windows haven't arrived just yet.

All the bricks have been laid out around this side of the property. They still need to do the other side..

They have now run the electrical cable over to the middle of the floor for the kitchen appliances.

This will be the two beams from the front of the house. The metal posts will be mounted into the brickwork and the timber will show.

From within the study, the door frames have now been added. these will have sliding doors on them to allow them to be hidden away when you don't want to see them.
