The guttering here needs an end plate (?) on it to stop water running down the side of the house and there is a piece of metal dangling down. I suspect the guttering above it needs a pipe as well to let the water out onto the roof?? I suspect this will all be attended to when they add the downpipes.

The cladding here has been cut just a little too much near the window frame. They might just correct this with some plaster?

There are a number of places where the edging hasn't been adjusted just yet. I suspect this will be completed later in the build process. Anyone else with a photo of this area??

I'm not sure how the edges of the guttering are supposed to be finished, but we have a gap where the guttering changes angle, and nothing to stop the water from going back the other way. I would have expected it to have some silicone around this area??

The brickies that did my place, ripped the temporary down pipes from the lower end, and never did reinstate it. We had a really bad down pour when it happened and the plastic down pipe ended up in next doors property and he was receiving the water in his property. My SS kept telling me he would duct tape it back on, but never did.
