Day 115 - January 20th
More tiles were laid today. They have done a large area of the house now. They just need to complete the painting inside the home (some areas need fixing), carpet has to go in, they have a bracket on the roof to fix, and a light to connect inside the house. The stove, rangehood, microwave and dishwasher have to go in as well. I don't believe the TV Antenna has gone in yet either. I am also awaiting an extra quote for the driveway.....

the kitchen appliances go in a few days from handover due to theft. TV antenna is not part of metricon work, unless you made it part of the contract.
ReplyDeleteChecking this now... I noted today in our contract that they say...Provide two rotary roof vents and six snap on eaves vents as required by Australian standards when mechanical ventilation is used in conjunction with sheeted or sarked roof...This exaplins why we have then vents...
