Day 131 - February 5th (Day 55 of 65)

The weather has been having fun again today..and most of this week. It is stifling hot again, and the home we are currently in has no air conditioning. Well...at least its cheaper ;->.

 Got some photos from around the outside of the home today.

I'm going to get some top soil delivered to cover the red soil..it goes through EVERYTHING...!

The outdoor room. We still have to build a deck here.

I'll need to move some of the soil down this side of the house.

Need to work out now how to get all the extra work outside the home completed.

Before handover.

1. Order fence from Stratco. I need 26 panels, plus four sturdy posts to hang the gates off. Will get the gates ordered after we complete the fence.
2. Purchase ground marker for posts for fence and deck.
3. Find out measurements for the distance between the posts so I can mark the locations for the posts.
4. Mark points for deck posts at rear and front of property.
5. Organise home insurance on the property.
6. Organise "Letter of Satisfaction" for the Bank
7. Pack up!

After handover

1. Organise Gas and Electricity
2. START MOVE
3. Get driveway put in.
4. Get fence delivered.
5. Get extra timber H4 treated timber to run the length of the fence at the bottom  
6. Hire DIY Digger for three days?
7. Start moving red soil from front of property to around the side
8. Dig points for deck
9. Get top soil delivered on day 2.
10. Level top soil around property.
11. Get grass delivered on day 3.
12. Lay grass where required.
13. Add posts for fence into ground on day 4, and bottom brace.
14. Add panels into fence
15. Start work on front and rear decks.

Probably need to modify this a little, but its a start anyway.
